3  County Park Receives New Bridge And Path

Construction of a new pedestrian bridge and an approximately 1-½-mile long, 10-foot wide section of asphalt path in
Stepping Stone Falls park in Genesee Township began in July and it was completed in October.

4  Lifting Done On Tight Project Site

All of the general hoisting for the 14-story mixed-use development project at 413 East Huron Street in Ann Arbor has
been provided by Connelly Crane Rental Corporation, of Redford Township.

5  Water Tower Dome Lifted Into Place With 500-Ton Crane

A new 500,000-gallon capacity water tower was constructed in Clare recently. McNally-Nimergood Co., of Saginaw
used a new Liebherr LTM 1400-7.1 500-ton all terrain crane equipped with 92 feet of luffing jib to lift the dome of the
water tower into place.

6  Pedestrian Bridge Installed In Ypsilanti Park

Construction and installation of a new pedestrian bridge over the Huron River, a trail and two fishing platforms along
the trail in Riverside Park in Ypsilanti began in mid-August and it was expected to be completed in November.

7  Transportation Funding Expected To Create Or Maintain 30,000 Jobs

The $1.2 billion transportation package that was recently approved by the Michigan Legislature and signed into law
by Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder is expected to create or maintain approximately 30,000 construction jobs over the life
of the funding.
