3  Project Includes Versatile Drainage System

An $18 million expansion project at Schoolcraft College in Livonia began in May and it will be completed in
November. The project includes construction of an indoor soccer facility, outdoor soccer fields, a welcome center
that supports the indoor and outdoor soccer fields, expansion of the road and parking network on the campus and
the addition of a signalized intersection at Seven Mile Road.


5 Road Conditions Continue To Decline

Approximately 68 percent of Federal-Aid roads in Michigan were rated in 2014 and 61 percent were rated in 2015.
Of those roads that were rated, 45 percent of paved Federal-Aid road lane miles in Michigan were rated in fair
condition in 2014 and 2015, according to a report issued by Michigan’s Transportation Asset Management Council
(TAMC).
